Estimator

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Knowledge of local market conditions, pricing, and suppliers.
• Can be assigned on site.
