Estimator - Part-time

Schedule: PART TIME 20 hours a week (EST)
Location: Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and support daily administrative and financial tasks. This role focuses on working with Excel, preparing pricing estimates, and maintaining organized records. Training will be provided for Wave accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update cost estimates for projects and services
• Use Excel to track pricing, materials, and calculations
• Create and maintain estimate sheets and reports
• Enter and manage estimate data in Wave (training provided)
• Review numbers for accuracy and consistency
