Qualifications:

Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Technology, or related course.

• With experience in estimating and project coordination (preferably in woodworking or construction).
• Knowledgeable in reading plans and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic cost computation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CAD Skills

Job description:

Estimating Function (Summary)

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing plans, computing material quantities (e.g., board feet, plywood, hardware), checking current supplier prices, and preparing quotations. Ensures all estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
