Estimator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Civil Technology.
• At least 6 months experience handling the same position.
• Board of Civil Engineering passer / Civil Engineer license holder is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
• Hardworking and has keen eyes for details.

As an Estimator, you will be trained to do the following:

• Analyze architectural plans and actual measurements.
• Prepare a materials cost estimate for roofing materials and insulation.
• Prepare cutting list/production writing.
• Check job order before production.
• Provide shop drawing and details.
