Job Position: Estimator

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Role Purpose

To provide end-to-end estimating and operational support that improves cost certainty, accelerates procurement and documentation flow, and maintains a strong audit trail across projects.

The role also maintains safety document administration in BuildPass to ensure trades are compliant before commencing work on site.

In addition, the role produces high-quality 3D interior and exterior models and renders to support client decision‑making, design coordination, and marketing content.
