Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support our growing construction services team. This role is ideal for architects or civil engineers with strong technical skills who are interested in developing expertise in U.S. construction estimating and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF plans
• Prepare material quantities, cost breakdowns, and scope summaries
• Convert metric measurements to U.S. imperial units accurately
• Assist with bid preparation and subcontractor scope reviews
• Support project managers with budgeting and cost tracking
• Maintain organized estimating files and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Basic experience with construction drawings and quantity take-offs
