About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator & Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion, across the Bundaberg region in Queensland, combining accurate estimating with hands‑on site supervision to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes. This is a dual, end‑to‑end delivery role where no two days are the same – preparing scopes and costings, coordinating trades on‑site, and working closely with insurers, customers and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly across multiple stages.
