Complete investigations by looking into possible violations of the terms and policies.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures to complete investigations when policy violations are proven.

Recommend corrective actions to the manager for policy violations.

Educate employees and Brand Partner on the USANA Brand Partner terms and policies.

Provide correspondence on issues related to compliance matters in a timely manner.
