Wages $21.18 per hour, 40 hour per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Japanese dishes and foods.
• Sushi Preparation techniques (quality control and final presentation).
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Set up and oversee buffets.
• Clean kitchen and work area.
• Be part of the team to plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience 3-5 years in ethnic or Japanese cuisine cooking.
