ETL Developer - AB Initio specialist

Location: Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) - Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy (CDT/EDT time)

We are seeking an ETL Developer with strong experience in enterprise data integration and Big Data environments. The role focuses on building, optimizing, and supporting ETL pipelines and batch processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows.
• Optimize data processing and performance.
• Support and monitor batch jobs and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, bilingual teams.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience, including data engineering and cloud solutions.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) – strong verbal and written communication.
