ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining ETL jobs using IBM Datastage.
Write, optimize, and review advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
Automate and streamline data workflows using Linux shell scripting.
Use MS SQL utilities (BCP) for efficient data extraction/loading.
Provide root-cause analysis for high‑priority production incidents and drive permanent fixes.
Guide architecture discussions, contribute to solution design, and ensure best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews using GitHub.
Manage change and incident processes via ServiceNow.
Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira.
Required Skills:
At least 2-10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Datastage and MS SQL Server.
