ETP Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate pumps, motors, blowers, DAF and other equipment in the effluent treatment plant.

• Conduct routine checks of plant parameters (flow rate, pH levels, sludge levels, etc.).

• Make adjustments to chemical dosing (e.g., coagulants, flocculants, controllers) to meet treatment

standards.

• Manage sludge dewatering operations and disposal.

• Identify faults and coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve mechanical or electrical issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the plant area.

• Inspect for leaks, blockages, or equipment malfunctions regularly

Skills Required
including nights and weekends, Skills & Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a ETP operator • Familiar with DCS/Scada control systems. • Good command of English (written and spoken). • Ability to work in shifts
