Responsibilities Assisting the nursing staff in giving our residents excellent, comprehensive care Maintaining residents' dignity at all times while making sure their personal care and hygiene requirements are met to the highest standards Helping residents consume food and liquids in accordance with their nutritional requirements Helping residents use the right tools and mobilize as needed As instructed by the nursing staff, escorting or transferring residents Helping with Care at the End of Life Any other tasks that management and the nurse determine are required.
