We’re on the lookout for skilled EUC Engineers to deliver exceptional software support to our users. You’ll leverage enterprise tools, remote access, and phone support to ensure seamless service within agreed SLAs.
Previous Skills & Experience Required

Working in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role

Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment

MS Windows family of Operating Systems
 In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise features
Experience with in-place upgrades and clean installs 

MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting

Diagnosing and resolving software issues
 Ability to use tools such as windows Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor and SetupDiag
