We're looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to support a Microsoft-focused environment, working at 2nd / 3rd line. This role suits a contractor who can pick things up quickly and is comfortable joining a new environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 2nd / 3rd line EUC support and ticket resolution
• Support a Windows 11 end-user environment
• Work with Intune, Defender and M365
• Support Infra ID, Azure VMs, patching and security activities
