Euc Support Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver hands-on IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide **hands & feet support** for server and networking activities under the guidance of remote teams.
- Support manufacturing and non-PC equipment including **printers, scanners, mobile phones, and AV setups**.
- Manage **hardware IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)** tasks and asset tracking for IT devices.
- Deliver **VIP support** ensuring high availability and functionality of AV and communication tools.
- Monitor and support **conference rooms, telepresence systems**, and unified communication equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for **hardware repairs and replacements** as per SLAs.
- Assist in **equipment procurement**, logistics, and inventory updates using customer systems.
