In Flowtec we are partnering with one of our strategic clients, an international operator focused on the development and management of large-scale data centre infrastructure across Europe. We are looking for a
European Site Manager
, a strategic role responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects.

Key Functions & Results Areas (Key Activities):

• Plan forthcoming site labour requirements.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with agreed program.

• Safeguard the Company's position by ensuring relevant site events are recorded and reported in writing to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.

• Manage direct labour costs and ensure works are completed on or better than budget.

• Maintain close contact with the main contractor at site level at all stages of the contract.
