Evening Registered Nurse Role at Oak Terrace

In addition to direct care, you’ll assist in developing and evaluating care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure care is provided according to nursing standards and policies
• Assist in resident assessments and implement care plans
• Direct, supervise, and train care staff on the unit
• Ensure facility readiness for RAI MDS procedures
