Event and Conference Planners - Fixed Term

We are looking for experienced and organised Event and Conference Planners to help deliver a wide range of high‑quality events at Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. These roles are based at our City Campus in central Auckland.

We have two (2) fixed‑term opportunities available, each likely to run for 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with academic leadership, staff, and students within a dynamic and creative faculty environment.

In these varied and people‑focused roles, you will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of events throughout the year.
