Event Coordinator (Contract)

• Oversee end-to-end volunteer coordination across the full programme lifecycle, from recruitment, registration, and pre‑event briefings to on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up, ensuring a seamless volunteer experience at every touchpoint.
• Serve as a key liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners; design publicity and communication materials including eDMs and presentations; and manage duty of care and risk management protocols.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse volunteer participation data and programme insights to support impact assessment, continuous improvement, and stakeholder reporting.
