Event Coordinator

M-Sports is a sports marketing and events agency that delivers end-to-end event execution, brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and live sporting events. Role Purpose

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing events according to the client brief, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to post-event close-out. This role is hands-on and execution-focused and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from briefing stage through to execution and close-out
• Source and compare supplier quotes, ensuring value for money and budget adherence
