Event Executive

Job Summary:

KK Super Mart is looking for a proactive Event Executive to support the planning and execution of new store openings, promotional campaigns, and corporate events. The Event Executive will work closely with the Event Manager to ensure seamless coordination and impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating new store opening events, ensuring all activities are well-executed.
• Support the Event Manager in planning and delivering promotional events and brand activations.
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
• Prepare event materials, reports, and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure events reflect KK Super Mart's brand standards and customer engagement objectives.
• Handle administrative tasks, including budget tracking and vendor documentation.
• Monitor competitor event activities and suggest improvements.
