Event Executive

Primary Function
To assist the department in account management, sales prospecting and business development of our exhibitions/conferences to customers; generate sponsorship revenue; and oversee the collective coordination of all event information and resources.
Main Responsibilities
To execute sales and marketing strategies in acquiring potential leads.
To identify new markets and business opportunities through various means including cold calling to increase event sales.
To actively source and prospect clients for exhibitions.
To prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors and other clients at all levels.
To provide customers with quotations and follow up promptly.
To maintain and develop excellent customer relationships with clients and continuously focus on improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty and deliver a positive event experience.
