About the Role

We're looking for an Event Lead who can plan and execute high-impact events that bring SMEs, sellers, and partners closer to EasyParcel. You'll lead roadshows, webinars, showcases, and community activations — making EasyParcel visible and loved beyond courier services.

What You'll Do

Event Strategy & Execution

• Plan and deliver SME roadshows, webinars, workshops, showcases, and partner events
• Own event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Manage end-to-end execution: Planning → registration → run-of-show → post-event wrap

Community Engagement

• Build and activate communities (WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Lark, etc.)
• Run initiatives like ambassador programs, learning series, user challenges
