Event Manager Assistant

About the Role : We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager Assistant to support our growing events team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, particularly in the Web3 space. You will work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and international partners to help bring our events to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Event Manager in executing events across different regions.
• Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to collect and consolidate event-related needs and requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue representatives for construction, and logistics planning.
