About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd, based in the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events that support the company's marketing and communications objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics management
2. Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of events
3. Coordinate and oversee all event-related activities, such as registration, catering, and audiovisual requirements
4. Monitor event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
