Job Description:

• To perform Business Development duties including preparing proposals, planning, executing, developing confirmed events and helping to expand the Company's current portfolio of Clients.
• To handle operational aspects of the Company, which includes planning and managing operational effectiveness, cost control/reduction and improved efficiency.
• Service existing accounts, retain and grow businesses from an existing set of clients, building long terms relationships by providing excellent service standards.
• Oversee planning, production and execution of events, from large events to small events.
• Manage expectations of clients to close up the even contract successfully and expeditiously.
• Build and distribute regular event updates and post-event evaluation.
• To handle Client and supplier liaison during and before the event and assist in collection of account payable afterwards.
