Event Manager

Key Responsibilities
Convert event inquiries into confirmed business through proposals, site visits, negotiations, and contracts
Plan and execute Hi-Tea, Buffet, and special events with end-to-end ownership
Prepare and circulate detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) ensuring flawless coordination across departments
Lead on-site event execution, ensuring high standards of F&B service, quality, and presentation
Upsell premium F&B packages and customized dining experiences to maximize revenue
Monitor and control F&B costs through menu engineering, consumption tracking, and waste reduction
Conduct post-event reviews, analyzing performance and guest feedback
Stay updated on F&B trends, industry innovations, and competitor offerings
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to event strategy and growth
Requirements
