Job Description
- Responsible for planning, executing and coordinating various marketing events and on-ground activations.
- Identify and liaise with relevant vendors, external stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are seamless and meet the marketing objectives.
- Manage and Coordinate for resources such as marketing materials.
- Manage budgets and track expenses of exhibition/roadshow to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Supervise and manage the event on-site to ensure smooth operations.
- Support business development team by creating marketing initiatives and activities that contribute to lead generation at events.
- Assist with basic photo and video capture and editing for internal and marketing use.
