Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, roadshows, campaigns and brand collaborations.
· Manage end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, budgeting, timelines and execution.
· Handle merchandise and premiums, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, budgeting, inventory tracking and logistics.
· Liaise with event organisers, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and venues to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
· Coordinate with internal teams and outlets to ensure smooth event execution.
· Lead on-site operations, manage temporary crew, giveaways and troubleshoot issues promptly.
· Manage event logistics, including setup, AV equipment, transportation and live-streaming tools.
· Capture event photos and videos for marketing and reporting purposes.
· Participate in and be featured in video shoots for social media campaigns.
