Job Overview
 We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Director in executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns for our Transform Finance live events, webinars, bespoke sponsored events (e.g., networking dinners/lunches), and ongoing digital initiatives. This hands-on role focuses on delegate acquisition, lead generation for sponsorship sales, community growth, and creative asset production in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed event marketing plans and timelines, outlining weekly channel activities from 24-20 weeks prior to each event.
• Drive delegate, vendor, and (where required) speaker acquisition, conversion, and nurture through targeted email marketing, data building/segmentation (using tools like Hubspot).
