Primary Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
• Assist in planning and organizing events according to client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, marketing, technical teams) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare event proposals, layouts, and operational plans as required.
• Track event progress and deadlines, reporting updates to the Event Manager.
• Support in sourcing and coordinating with external vendors and suppliers.
Event Setup & Execution
• Assist in supervising event setup, ensuring equipment, décor, and facilities meet requirements.
• Coordinate with F&B teams to ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, and service standards.
• Support on-site logistics during events, including registration, seating arrangements, and guest assistance.
