Job Description General Duties:
Event Coordination & School Operations:
Identifying appropriate caterers/vendors for catering and refreshments
Procuring food items for unique school events.
Creating menus and considering dietary preferences and allergies.
Partnering with the school's Admin. Manager to manage budget and procurement.
Handling logistical arrangements.
Coordinating with vendors and closely collaborating with school personnel to ensure smooth event implementation.
Collaborating with school stakeholders to organize formal off-site dinners, which involves attending external meetings and supervising venue setup.
Ensuring adherence to exam SOPs during printing.
Timely completion of all printing requests during the school year.
Assisting teachers/staff with proper usage of printing machines.
Acting as a point of contact for on-site technicians in machine troubleshooting.
