Event Operations Manager

Job Description:

1. Seamless management of all physical, hybrid and virtual elements (on-site production, speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor management, layout planning, recce, virtual event execution etc) for projects managed by Created Business (Redcell, Greycell, Greencell, Exhibitions, sports etc).
2. Campaign management – plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote various initiative and events executed by CB
3. Pre-empting crises and managing the same on the go
4. Prepare event / project costing
5. Management of vendors (event agencies– immediate and last-mile wherever required), other media,
6. Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders – Business Development teams, Creative, B&C, Finance, RAD etc.
7. Understanding of the events market and updating team on latest news in that space.
8. Process Purity – Ensure internal processes are adhered in letter and spirit
