Event Operations

The Event Operations & Logistics Coordinator (UCO Collection Events) is responsible for the successful preparation, management, and deployment of all tools and resources required for our used cooking oil (UCO) collection events. This role ensures our collection teams are fully equipped and that all collected UCO is efficiently and securely transported back to the depot, ultimately supporting smooth and effective event operations across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

I. Equipment & Inventory Management

● Tools Set Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate stock-keeping records for all event tools and supplies (e.g., containers, safety gear, pumps, documentation).

● Preparation & Staging: Execute the assembly and preparation of event tool sets prior to each scheduled collection, ensuring all items are clean, functional, and organized for the collectors.
