Event / Project Coordinator

• Communicate with client throughout the project planning process to identify the client's requirement and expectation
• Create project proposals / layout which fit client requirements and present the proposals to client by deadline
• Prepare quotation to client
• Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
• Collaborate with the technical team, including brainstorming new and creative ideas, equipment needed
• Monitor and oversee the events from setup to the day of event to ensure the service delivered meet customer expectation
• Additional responsibilities may include site visit, arrange manpower for each project
• To perform any other duties as required from time to time
