Event Services Manager

We are looking for an Event Services Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of events and delivering memorable experiences to the guests which will drive financial excellence. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate timely with Operations team on guests' requests, requirements and logistical matters of the events.
• Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brand standards, operational leadership and interaction with guests and associates.
• Handle feedback from guests.
• Ensure pre and post events follow-ups are conducted timely.
• Update guests' profiles and database.

Talent Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Diploma / Degree from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution.
