Event Space Planner

We are looking for a detail-driven
Event Space Planner
who can transform open venue spaces into structured, functional, and visually organized event environments. This role focuses on spatial planning, floor plan development, and technical layout design—including stage placement, table configurations, guest circulation, and zoning—based on venue specifications and event requirements.

The ideal candidate combines technical drafting skills with strong spatial awareness and the confidence to coordinate directly with international venues and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate raw venue floor plans into accurate, scalable event layout drawings
• Design stage positioning, seating/table arrangements, circulation flow, and functional zoning areas
• Produce clear and professional 2D and 3D floor plans using CAD or similar layout software
