Marketers on Demand is seeking an Events & Sponsorships Specialist for a passionate and dynamic client. In this role, you will plan, lead, and execute various events & sponsorships.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, starting in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute professional virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings and events (sponsorships, charitable, and industry business events)
• Support event strategy, purpose, outreach in line with strategic plans
• Manage logistical aspects of events (venue and vendor sourcing, budgeting, project management, registration management, and reporting)
• Support tying events to business development and reporting
