Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure exhibitors and sponsors across corporates, green tech startups, consulting firms, NGOs, and government bodies
  • Sell tailored exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and innovative branding opportunities
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, accurately forecasting revenue and managing the full sales cycle
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with the conference programming team to identify and secure speaking opportunities for key partners
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor and exhibitor commitments
  • Provide clear reporting on pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and account risks
  • Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or sponsorship sales, ideally within events, media or sustainability related sectors.
