Events & Catering Coordinator

Job Summary

Reporting to the Catering Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the events and catering functions of The Derrick Club. As the Events and Catering Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the Catering Manager with crucial tasks that include but not limited to the following.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work closely with other departments for internal club events and assist with booking event links, FAQ’s, floor plans, contacting vendors, etc. while managing and maintaining bookings.

1. Valentine’s Day
2. Wine Fest
3. Brunch (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Brunch with Santa)
4. Golf Events (Seafood Fest, Expect the Unexpected)
5. Chef’s Tables
6. Special Occasion Events (Black & White Party, Etc.)
7. New Year’s Eve
