Job Description
• Ability to manage numerous details, and timelines simultaneously.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing the event flow efficiently from planning stages through execution and post event.
• Skilled in creating and managing comprehensive event plans, including detailed checklists and workflows.
• Ability to articulate ideas, expectations, and needs clearly to stakeholders, and team members (both verbally and in writing).
• Developing, tracking, and adhering to an event budget, forecasting costs, and managing invoices and expenses responsibly.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities where appropriate.
• Ability to provide a portfolio and verifiable references demonstrating successful past projects (e.g., B2B conferences, virtual webinars/hybrid events, internal workshops, etc.)
