Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Office
Administrator and Events Coordinator. This role involves managing administrative tasks to ensure
the smooth operation of our office, as well as coordinating various events and functions.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration:
- Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Sorting and distributing mail and managing correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records, including contact databases and organizational files.
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
