Events & Field Marketing Manager

Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Events & Field Marketing Manager4to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact B2B events across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within the regional marketing function and partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth teams to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and proprietary forums
• Manage all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor and agency management, contract negotiations, budgets, run sheets, and on-site coordination
• Deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all event touchpoints, including content, speakers, production, and visual identity
