Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the client and its products/services during trade shows and industry events.
Support booth operations, ensuring a professional and organized experience for visitors and partners.
Coordinate and assist with meetings at the booth, including scheduling, welcoming attendees, and follow-ups.
Provide on-site support to the manager and team throughout the event, assisting with operational and logistical needs.
Engage with visitors, buyers, and stakeholders, sharing information and directing opportunities to the appropriate team members.
Assist with general event activities as needed to ensure smooth execution of the mission and client objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in event coordination, marketing, or market research (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
