Job Description

Job responsibilities
The intern will be supporting the Events team in all the activities related to the function. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
Support the day-to-day operations and events planning;

Support the management of events budget tracking;

Assist with the set-up and break-down of events;

Support the project management activities through ad-hoc presentations;

Support the vendors and suppliers research;

Manage all the coordination processes related to the Events team.
Profile
Master Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar;

Fluent English, both spoken and written;

IT abilities required: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);

Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills;
