Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsible for developing and managing clients for banquet facilities and F&B packages, generating leads, and meeting revenue budget and goals.

• Research potential clients, conduct telemarketing and sales calls.
• Manage existing customers for banquet facilities through periodic sales calls and event support.
• Sell banquet facilities and F&B packages to generate leads and meet revenue targets.
• Follow up leads, submit proposals, conduct site inspections and food tastings as necessary.
• Execute plans and programs detailed in the marketing plan.

• Lead or collaborate with team members; motivate and develop staff.
• Work within pre‑set budgetary limits and comply with company policies.
