Events Operation Specialist

The Events Operations Specialist is responsible for creating event concepts, selecting venues, budgeting, securing sponsorships, handling logistics, handling event marketing, negotiating with sub-contractors, preparing expenditure reports, and evaluating event effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Be a champion for event management and production
• Assist the team with technical setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)
• Assist in doing technical run-throughs with the host and key opinion leader (KOL)
• Ensure the smooth execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress
• Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
• Prepare reports as needed and engage in basic client management
• Perform other tasks as needed
