Events Planner

We are seeking a commercially driven Events Planner to grow private and corporate event bookings across a dynamic restaurant group.
This role is focused on leveraging your professional network to build awareness, generate leads, and convert bookings by positioning our venues as premium destinations for corporate functions, brand activations, launches, and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new event business through networking and relationship building
Develop corporate and agency partnerships
Manage the full event process from enquiry to execution
Prepare proposals, packages, and tailored quotations
Drive monthly revenue targets and increase repeat bookings
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to maximise visibility
Requirements
3–5+ years' experience in hospitality events or venue sales
Based in Cape Town - V & A Waterfront
Strong corporate and agency network
Proven ability to generate new business
