Events Planner

JOB PURPOSE

The Events Planner is responsible for managing the flow of special events / activities (Institutional, Mice, Marketing and Media) according to client requests and specifications, coordinating with various suppliers and organizations to plan the event and identifying resources that meet quality standards, as per Company guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Teamwork with Corporate Divisions and Local Offices for special projects /events/ activities to be organized on-board according to ship’s operations envisaging all scenarios and preventing any issue;

•Be the reference point for MSC Commercial offices worldwide for their daily needs, for inspections and overall programs with regards to commercial activities on board (groups, incentives, charters, ceremonies, private events and all other commercial activities), both at sea and in port with appropriate interaction with ship personnel and departments invol...
